Beautifully located hotel directly on the Moselle, which also includes the guest house of the same name. Food very good. Service staff can get significantly better in terms of attention and friendliness. Wines from the region.

Classic tourist hotel. Both at reception and in service. If staff with restrictions is employed here, this should be communicated in the guest information for more understanding. The food offer in buffet form corresponds to the usual offer of half and. Full board, which particularly concerns the meals in the context of large kitchen quality. The 'base rooms' are dark, the corresponding hallway is in the basement and smells unpleasant. Upgrading is recommended, but due to the main package tourism it is better to do this when booking. But to be fair: the price-performance ratio is right.

There were four of us in the restaurant. The service was in the bottom drawer. We waited a good 30 minutes for the aperitif. 60 minutes on the starter, When the main course was still not there after almost 2 hours, we left. Unfortunately, the waiter also made a somewhat unwilling impression. We can't recommend this restaurant.

We had booked the adventure week and the price-performance ratio was right for us. Our room was in the main building with a balcony and a view of the Moselle. But you know that when you book, because it is clearly described. A fixed table for meals is well resolved in the current situation. Food in the form of a buffet, there is certainly room for improvement. We especially missed fruit (not a fruit salad). But you always found something and didn't starve to death. The staff are all very nice, but there is still potential here too. Also had a covered wagon ride in our arrangement. This was really great and informative. All in all we enjoyed it and we had a good time.

The direction of the breakfast and dinner buffet was not kept. Bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were lukewarm. The food from the buffet at dinner was lukewarm. But there were preheated plates. The a la carte food was better than the buffet food. The head waiter was rude and when I didn't tip, he counted every penny on the table. On the terrace I would have liked a separation of smokers and non-smokers at breakfast and dinner. The first night was in the main building (we had booked a guest house). Very small room, small bathroom, shower only. We got only € 11.00 discount in the price for five days. Breakfast good, service good. We were here the first and last time.

Great hotel. Good room, clean. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger. But it worked fine, also clean. Breakfast delicious and well stocked. The evening food was fine. Both the menu and the rest on the menu card. Just a pity that everything closes at 10pm. Not just the hotel but everything around. Beautiful view of the Moselle.

Great hotel for a few days on the Moselle. Good mattresses. Strict compliance with corona measures. Mask required throughout the hotel. Only not to wear during food and drink of course. Cochem within cycling distance. Bicycle path on the other side of the Moselle is nicer. This can be achieved by ferry.

There is no way we can complain, because we felt very comfortable. Everything was very good. Room clean, staff very helpful, service very friendly and food excellent. What more do you want. From our side we can only recommend the hotel.

No air-condition, room was unbearably hot. Location right on the Mosel. Basic breakfast. We had much better for the same money on the Mosel.

One of the only restaurants in the area we could find open when we visited (mid-April) so well done for not shutting up shop until the summer crowds appear like most others. Bonus was the restaurant is very well presented, had understanding, multi-lingual staff and great food. Recommended.
